Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Paruvea experience. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In the original packaging (including protective seal)
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.


Returns

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds cover the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 6 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank processing time.


Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange your item, simply indicate that in your return email.

Once we receive your original item, our team will assist you with the exchange.

For faster service, you may also return the item and place a new order for your preferred product.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return (optional but helpful)

Once approved, we will send detailed return instructions and a return label (if applicable).

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


International Orders

For international orders, we currently offer refunds only (no direct exchanges).

You may return your item within 30 days for a refund of the purchase amount, excluding:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Customs duties or import taxes

In some cases, duties or taxes may be refundable through your local customs office.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately:

For confirmed quality issues, Paruvea will cover all return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes or personal care products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
