For U.S. Orders

We want you to love your Paruvea experience.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the item price, excluding original shipping fees.
Please allow up to 6 business days for the refund to appear on your account due to bank processing times.

Exchanges

Prefer to exchange your item instead? Simply indicate that in your return email, and we’ll be happy to assist once your original product is received.

Please note: We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the delivery date.


How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@paruvea.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Our customer care team will send you detailed instructions and a return label (if applicable).
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any U.S. mail location.
  4. Once received, we’ll notify you by email when your return or exchange has been processed.

For International Orders

For international purchases, we currently offer refunds only (no direct exchanges).
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase amount, excluding original shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes.

In some cases, you may be eligible to request a refund of duties or taxes from your local customs office — please contact them directly for details.
Please allow up to 6 business days for your refund to appear after processing.

How to Return

  2. Ship the item(s) back using any trackable international carrier to the address below:

Note:

  • If your return is due to a product defect or quality issue, Paruvea will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) returns.
