30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging (including any protective seal).
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and a return shipping label.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@paruvea.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For confirmed quality issues, we will cover all return shipping costs.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Exchanges

To receive an exchange quickly, we recommend returning the original item once approved and placing a new order for your preferred item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
